Industrial accessories for RO systems
Here you'll find several types of accessories for your industrial installations. These include measuring tools such as pressure gauges to measure pressure, flow meters to measure water volume, and conductivity, pH, and ORP testers.
We also offer a selection of filters: sand filters, post-membrane filters, and PVC filters to purify your water supply. Finally, you'll also find installation accessories such as valves, pumps, hose clamps, and membrane housings. Feel free to contact us for special requests.
High-Flow Industrial RO Systems
From 200 to 50,000 liters of purified water per hour
An industrial RO system produces purified water in very large quantities for many professional applications: food processing, cosmetics, cleaning, or industrial processes.
Our range covers production capacities from 200 to 50,000 L/h, with the option of designing custom installations for higher requirements.

Overview of industrial RO systems
Why use an industrial RO system?
Water treatment is becoming increasingly widespread. The water purification process can operate on a large scale and serve an entire community. The industrial RO system is one of the top picks at josmose.fr and is known for producing pure water for drinking and for other applications, such as cleaning specific components, food processing, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.
How does an industrial RO system work?
An industrial RO system is a water treatment device for high flow rates, with or without a tank, intended for a business or organization operating without access to drinking water or seeking to optimize its water quality. It can also be used for desalination of seawater or treatment of rainwater or well water. An industrial RO system's operating principle involves several stages, potentially including chlorine disinfection, filtration of the largest particles, water softening and free chlorine removal. For high water flow rates, ranging from 200 L/h to 50,000 L/h, an industrial RO system is the best option. We can even go beyond this flow rate by offering you a custom solution, whatever your desired flow rate.
Like a home RO system, an industrial RO system removes all organic and chemical residues that could pollute the water. However, because industrial reverse osmosis is more effective, the treated water has greater purity. It may therefore be useful to add an industrial remineralization system that restores the mineral content of industrial RO water.
What accessories does an industrial RO system have? What maintenance does it need?
Using an industrial RO system involves maintaining the device. The various pre-filters, membranes and filtration media must be changed regularly to optimize the system's efficiency:
- Micron-rated pre-filters every 1 to 6 months depending on how clean the water is
- Salt to be added regularly to the water softener's brine tank to ensure water at 0 °fH (French degrees)
- Resin to be replaced every 7 to 10 years
- Activated carbon to be replaced every 4 to 6 years
- RO membranes to be replaced every 2 to 3 years (if the upstream components are well maintained).
It is also important to know and control the quality of the water coming out of your RO system. We therefore offer various measuring devices so you can check your water BEFORE and AFTER your industrial RO system.
Some models require water storage because they are controlled by a float switch. This is the case with our bestseller: the affordable 400 to 800 L/h industrial RO system.
Others are designed to operate without a tank and are therefore controlled by a float switch OR a high-pressure switch that automatically detects when the faucet downstream of the system is open.
To take water demineralization even further, particularly in cosmetics or pharmaceuticals, you need to add a final stage after the industrial RO system: a demineralizer. This system captures the remaining ions that can pass through the RO membrane to produce ultrapure water for the most demanding industrial applications. We offer 2 industrial demineralization systems:
- A simple and very affordable system with single-use resin for low flow rates.
- An automatic system with resin regeneration for much higher flow rates. This system consumes hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide to regenerate anionic and cationic resins.
