Industrial filters with pneumatic valve assembly
These industrial filters are designed for water treatment installations requiring reliable, automated pretreatment. They can be used for different filtration stages: iron / manganese removal, softening / decalcification or dechlorination with activated carbon.
Each filter is equipped with a pneumatic valve assembly to automate service and backwash cycles. The filters operate in parallel depending on the installation configuration.

Differences between versions
Version 63x86 — FVN90 — 3"
This version is used for iron / manganese removal. It features a 3,150 L tank and a maximum flow rate per unit of 15.33 m³/h. It is suitable for heavy filter media such as pyrolusite, flint and gravel.
Version 63x70 — FVN90 — 3"
This version is used for softening / decalcification. It features a more compact 2,580 L tank, with a maximum flow rate per unit of 30 m³/h. It is suitable for applications using cation exchange softening resin.
Version 63x86 — FVN110 — 4"
This version is used for activated carbon filtration / dechlorination. It uses the same 3,150 L tank, but with an FVN110 pneumatic valve assembly and a 4" connection, allowing a maximum flow rate per unit of 30 m³/h.
