Our range of large industrial RO systems is divided into 3 categories: 2000 PPM, 6000 PPM, and 10000 PPM.
This is the range for treating water up to 2000 PPM, which covers the vast majority of water considered drinkable.
⚠️ Custom-made product — Right of withdrawal does not apply
This product is made or configured to your specifications. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Before placing your order, we invite you to check that this product meets your needs. Our team is available to advise you at 03 66 88 17 85.
Industrial RO Systems for Water up to 2000 PPM
This range of RO systems produces reverse osmosis water at rates from 1,200 to 18,000 liters per hour. For higher needs, contact us for a custom quote.
It is important to know the conductivity of your water, because these RO systems are not designed to treat water with a conductivity above 3,000 μS/cm (equivalent to 2 g/l of particles other than H2O).
For water with a higher mineral load, see our other ranges:

The Filtration Stages of Industrial Reverse Osmosis

The PP filter(s) retain particles larger than 10 or 20 microns. A 10-micron filter provides finer filtration but lets less water through.
If in doubt, send us your water analysis along with your production requirements.
The membranes retain particles larger than 0.0001 micron.
Our Vontron membranes are 40 or 80 inches long and 3.9 inches in diameter. Filmtec membranes made in the United States are also available as an option.
Indicative surcharge: 305 € excl. VAT per Filmtec 4040 membrane and 510 € excl. VAT per Filmtec 8040 membrane.
Options and Pre-Treatments
Protect the membranes and optimize their lifespan
Disinfection by Chlorination
When bacteria are present in large quantities, their growth during shutdown periods can eventually promote membrane clogging. A controlled injection of chlorine upstream can then be used.
Dosing is performed using an ATHENA 2 AT-AM pump.
Food-grade hypochlorite available: 96 € excl. VAT for 24 kg, or 4 € excl. VAT/kg.

25-Micron Pre-Filtration
If the water contains coarse residues such as soil, sand, or rust, installing a 25-micron pre-filter upstream helps limit fouling of the RO system.
Indicative price: 410 € excl. VAT.

Limescale Treatment with Antiscalant Dosing
Limescale can quickly clog membranes. For high-flow installations, antiscalant dosing may be better suited than a traditional water softener.
The product is injected with an ATHENA 2 AT-AM dosing pump and prevents the formation of limescale crystals that could damage the membranes.
Average dosage: 3 to 4 g/m³
Packaging: 25 kg – 225 € excl. VAT

Chlorine Treatment with Bisulfite Dosing
For high-flow installations, using activated carbon can become too bulky and costly. Bisulfite dosing is then an alternative for neutralizing the corrosive action of chlorine on the membranes.
Injection is provided by an ATHENA 2 AT-AM dosing pump.
Average dosage of bisulfite diluted to 25%: 20 to 25 g/m³
Packaging: 34 kg – 85 € excl. VAT

Installation
Documentation and commissioning
Documents for these industrial RO systems are available in PDF format in the Documents and Downloadssection. There you will find the data sheets and manuals needed for installation and commissioning.
Maintenance
Recommended replacement intervals
Filters and membranes must be replaced regularly to maintain the filtration performance of your system.
| Consumable | Suggested interval | Product |
| 10-micron PP filter | Every 3 months For continuous use, 24 h/day |
Discover |
| Vontron 4040 membranes | Every 2 to 3 years For continuous use, 24 h/day |
Discover |
Other consumables available: hypochlorite, anti-scalant, and 25-micron pre-filter. They are available on request by email.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranty and parts availability
The manufacturer warranty is 2 years and covers the entire system under normal use of the equipment.
After the warranty period expires, we also commit to providing you with spare parts at reasonable prices to make repairs easier and extend the life of your system.
