We ship your orders throughout mainland France, the French overseas territories, and internationally. The carrier is selected based on weight, dimensions, destination, and the type of products ordered.
Please note: orders placed before 10 a.m. are generally shipped the same day, delivery is free from €150 incl. VAT in mainland France, and you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Home Delivery with DPD Predict

DPD is not necessarily the cheapest carrier, but this choice allows us to offer a quality service.
Thanks to the Predict service, you can choose the delivery time slot that suits you.
Pickup Point Delivery with DPD Pickup
DPD Pickup is DPD's pickup point delivery service.
This option is available for parcels weighing less than 20 kg.
It lets you pick up your order whenever it suits you, at one of our many partner pickup points.
Parcels Over 30 kg with GEODIS
Parcels weighing more than 30 kg are generally shipped by GEODIS.
GEODIS's France Express service, or Europe First for certain deliveries to neighboring countries, will then contact you to arrange an appointment.
Lead Times, Shipping Costs, and Returns
Fast Shipping
Any order placed before 10 a.m. is generally shipped the same day. Other orders are shipped the next business day, excluding weekends.
- DPD: approximately 24 to 48 hours depending on the area
- Tracked letter: approximately 2 to 3 days
- GEODIS: approximately 3 to 4 days

For any order over €150 incl. VAT, we cover the shipping costs with DPD Predict or DPD Pickup.

Simple Return Conditions
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs remain your responsibility.
A refund can be issued if the parcel and the product are neither damaged nor used. In all cases, please contact us by email before returning anything.

Industrial Products and Oversized Parcels
Industrial products are shipped on a case-by-case basis by various professional carriers, depending on the manufacturing plant, the equipment's dimensions, and the delivery location.
Fittings and Small Spare Parts
Fittings and small spare parts can be sent by mail, allowing us to offer free delivery with no minimum order.
International and Overseas Territory Delivery
International orders are shipped via Colissimo International or DHL Express. Shipping costs are calculated at actual cost based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the order.
For export, goods may be sold tax-free. The invoice is included with the parcel so that the destination country's customs services can apply the applicable duties and taxes.
