Industrial RO Systems Producing 10,000 to 20,000 Liters per Day
On this page, you’ll find all the essential information about our range of compact industrial RO systems. These models produce 10,000 to 20,000 liters of RO water per day.
Customizing Your Industrial RO System
To provide you with a customized machine that perfectly meets your needs, please send us the following water parameters:
- TDS or conductivity (ppm, mg/L or µS/cm)
- Free chlorine level (mg/L)
- Bacterial count
- Hardness (°f)
- Chloride level (mg/L)
Other parameters may also be useful:
- pH
- Temperature
- Turbidity
- Alkalinity
- Bicarbonates
- Carbonates
- Nitrates
- Sulfates
- Boron
- Calcium
- Magnesium
- Potassium
- Iron
- Manganese
- Sodium
- Lead
Connections
This industrial RO system has a 3/4" female inlet and two 1/2" female outlets. Customization is also available to meet your needs.
Two types of connections can be used for the water inlet and outlet:
Threaded PVC

Solvent-Welded PVC

This system provides an excellent watertight seal for reliable long-term performance. It also makes assembly easier for installers familiar with PVC connections.
Connecting Pretreatment Equipment: you can connect the water softener or activated carbon filter valve to terminals 3 and 5 on the RO system. This allows the RO system to stop when upstream equipment is regenerating.
Filtration Stages for Industrial RO
At the heart of the system is an RO membrane that retains particles larger than 0.0001 micron.
Our membranes are 21 or 40 inches long and 3.9 inches in diameter. Their connectors are 1.05 inches long and 0.75 inches in diameter.

The RO membrane retains particles larger than 0.0001 micron.
The available membranes are 21 or 40 inches long and 3.9 inches in diameter, with connectors measuring 1.05 inches long and 0.75 inches in diameter.
Features of This Range:
- Simplified electrical control panel, without membrane flushing using RO water or adjustable flushing durations and intervals.
- Single-phase power supply.
- Piping made exclusively of high-strength PVC rather than stainless steel.
Options for Your Industrial RO System
To pre-filter your water and maximize the life of your RO membranes, several pretreatment options can be added depending on your water quality.
Chlorine Disinfection System
When bacterial levels are high, upstream disinfection can help protect membranes against clogging. This can be done using an ATHENA 2 AT-AM dosing pump.
We can also supply food-grade hypochlorite at 96 € excl. VAT per 24 kg container, or 4 € excl. VAT/kg.

25-Micron Pre-Filtration
If the water you want to purify contains debris such as dirt, sand or rust, we recommend installing a 25-micron pre-filter upstream to reduce fouling in the RO system.

Limescale Treatment with a Water Softener
Limescale can quickly clog reverse osmosis membranes, even with regular flushing. We therefore recommend neutralizing it upstream using a salt-based or CO₂ water softener.
With a salt-based water softener, magnesium and calcium are replaced with sodium that does not form scale. The system requires periodic salt replenishment and regular resin regeneration.
Download the Duplex Water Softener Data Sheet
The CO₂ water softener converts carbonate into bicarbonate that does not form scale. It operates without a drain and mainly requires periodic replacement of the CO₂ cylinder.

Chlorine Treatment with Activated Carbon
Chlorine is harmful to RO system membranes and must be removed upstream using an activated carbon system paired with an electronic valve.
Under the most demanding dechlorination conditions, the expected minimum capacity is 150 to 200 m³ of treated water per kilogram of activated carbon. The model offered with the 800 L/h version has a TM75 valve and a larger amount of media.

Packaging and Delivery
Our industrial RO systems are delivered in a wooden crate directly to the address you provide, once the remaining balance has been paid.

Installation & Maintenance
Installation
Starting up your industrial RO system
Our factory works in partnership with the WQA (Water Quality Association) and can therefore support the installation of our industrial equipment worldwide.
In most cases, however, you can install the equipment yourself by following the comprehensive manual supplied with it. Approximately 90 % of our customers install their systems themselves.
We also offer phone support to help you start up your equipment.
Installation tips
Pre-filtration
Installation is straightforward. Simply make sure you position the filter in an easily accessible location, since it will need to be replaced regularly.
Chlorine dosing pump
Installation is relatively simple, but you must adjust the pump carefully by following the manual. An insufficient dose may prevent complete elimination of bacteria, while an excessive dose may prematurely saturate the activated carbon and then damage the RO membranes once the carbon is saturated.
Water softener
Distribute the resin evenly between the two tanks to allow proper water circulation. The connecting arms between the two tanks must be glued into their connectors using high-strength PVC adhesive.
Resin volume in one tank × 5,000 / water hardness (°f)
Installation of the CO₂ water softener is simple. A guide is provided to help you step by step, particularly with correctly setting the CO₂ cylinder pressure and optimizing consumption.
Activated carbon
Leave the PVC tube and strainer inside the tank, then temporarily cover the top of the tube. Using a funnel, first pour in the flint, then the activated carbon.
Before screwing on the electromechanical valve, make sure you correctly install the O-ring and the second strainer. Without these components, the tube may rise when you remove the valve.
RO system
Be especially gentle when screwing the fittings onto the water inlet and outlets, as the threads are PVC. If a fitting is damaged, you can find compatible parts at specialty stores.
Installing the membranes in their housings may require some care. Feel free to contact us if you have any difficulty.
Maintenance
Maintaining your system’s performance
Filters and membranes must be replaced regularly to maintain your RO system’s filtration performance.
Warranty
Equipment built to last
The manufacturer’s warranty lasts 2 years and covers the entire system under normal equipment use.
After the warranty expires, we also commit to offering reasonably priced spare parts to make repairs easier and extend your system’s service life.
