        Watch out for chlorides

        The standard 2,000 PPM and 6,000 PPM versions are designed for water containing no more than 500 mg/L of chlorides. Between 500 and 1,100 mg/L, the pump must be replaced with a 316 stainless steel model, at an extra cost of about €1,000 excl. VAT. A custom quote request is then required. Above 1,100 mg/L, you must choose the 10,000 PPM.

        Warranty

        Manufacturer warranty and parts availability

        The manufacturer warranty is 2 years and covers the entire system under normal use of the equipment.

        After the warranty period expires, we also commit to making spare parts available to you at reasonable prices to make repairs easier and extend the life of your system.

        Key takeaway: the higher the concentration of dissolved salts in the feed water, the more the required operating pressure increases and the lower the membrane recovery rate can be. The RO system configuration must therefore be matched to the actual quality of the water to be treated.
