Industrial RO system 1,000 to 1,500 l/h
High-capacity professional reverse osmosis
Simple, automated control
Ecosoft OC5000 controller
This industrial RO system is designed for easy operation with rugged construction and an intuitive control panel. The system also allows you to connect optional flushing and raw water blending equipment.
Manufactured in Europe, the equipment complies with the safety standards required by the European Union.
The OC5000 controller provides features including:
- automatic equipment startup and shutdown in response to a signal;
- emergency shutdown in the event of dry running or excessive pressure in the module;
- equipment shutdown via an external STOP signal.

Acceptable water quality
Recommended RO system feed water conditions
| Water temperature | 5 to 40 °C |
| Residual chlorine | < 0.1 mg/l |
| Hardness | < 3 meq/l (150 mg/l CaCO₃ or 15 °f) |
| Iron | < 0.1 mg/l |
| Manganese | < 0.05 mg/l |
| Silicate | < 20 mg/l |
| Chemical oxygen demand | < 4.0 mg/l |
| Hydrogen sulfide | None |
Chlorine present: if your water contains more than 0.1 mg/l of free chlorine, add an activated carbon system upstream of the RO system.
Water too hard: if hardness exceeds the recommended value or you want to improve membrane performance and service life, install a water softener upstream.

Protect your membranes and maximize their service life
Limescale treatment with a water softener
Limescale, composed primarily of calcium and magnesium carbonates, can quickly clog reverse osmosis membranes, even with regular flushing. Upstream treatment with a salt-based water softener or a CO₂ water softener is therefore recommended.
Salt-based water softener
The magnesium and calcium in the water are replaced with sodium, which does not form scale. The system requires regular salt replenishment for ion exchange, as well as resin replacement after approximately ten years of use.
The water softener must regenerate its resin periodically. This process takes about an hour. A duplex configuration with two tanks provides a continuous supply of softened water 24/7.

CO₂ water softener
With a CO₂ water softener , carbonate is converted into bicarbonate, which does not form scale. The system is more compact than a traditional water softener and requires no drain connection because it does not discharge water.
It operates without a hardness limit at flow rates up to 5 m³/h. The CO₂ cylinder must be replaced approximately every 100 m³ of water. A standard 10 kg refill costs about 40 €.
To make cylinder management easier, you can add a system that connects up to 6 cylinders along with an empty cylinder detector .

Chlorine is particularly harmful to RO system membranes. It must therefore be removed upstream using an activated carbon system paired with an electronic valve to manage water flow.
Under the most demanding dechlorination conditions, particularly when organic matter is present in the water, the estimated minimum capacity is 150 to 200 m³ of treated water per kilogram of activated carbon.

⚠️ The software used to configure and operate this RO system is available only in English and Russian. It is not available in French.
* Performance depends on feed water TDS, temperature, and the selected recirculation setting.
** Values are based on water with low hardness or low levels of scale-forming particles.
