Premium Biblock Water Softener, 37 to 450 Liters
Professional Water Softeners
Bi-Block / BasicSoft Professional Water Softener
This range of professional water softeners is designed to effectively reduce water hardness and protect your installation against limescale. It is suitable for homes, hotels, restaurants, laundries, schools, laboratories, boilers, heating circuits, food processing, pharmaceutical, chemical, textile and agricultural industries, as well as drinking water production.
Models are available with different resin volumes, from 37 L to 450 L, to precisely match the flow rate, water consumption and requirements of each installation.
Limescale protection
Reduces water hardness and limits scale buildup in equipment, piping, boilers and process circuits.
Clack CE valve
Automatic regeneration based on water volume, a multilingual menu and advanced configuration to meet your needs.
Ready-to-install solution
Each system comes with a valve, resin tank, resin, brine tank and selected basic accessories.
Choose your water softener by resin volume
Resin volume determines treatment capacity, available flow rate and how long the system can operate between regenerations. The larger the resin volume, the more water the softener can treat before regeneration.
| Resin volume | Model | Valve | Service flow rate | Max. flow rate | Volumetric capacity* | Resin tank | Brine tank |
| 37 L | Bi-Block 10x54 | Clack CE 1" | 2.0 m³/h | 2.5 m³/h | 7.4 m³ | 10x54 | 125 L |
| 62 L | Bi-Block 12x52 | Clack CE 1" | 2.9 m³/h | 3.6 m³/h | 12.4 m³ | 12x52 | 125 L |
| 75 L | Bi-Block 13x54 | Clack CE 1" | 3.5 m³/h | 4.3 m³/h | 15.0 m³ | 13x54 | 125 L |
| 100 L | Bi-Block 14x65 | Clack CE 1" | 4.0 m³/h | 5.0 m³/h | 20.0 m³ | 14x65 | 146 L |
| 125 L | Bi-Block 16x65 | Clack CE 1" | 5.2 m³/h | 6.2 m³/h | 25.0 m³ | 16x65 | 146 L |

Clack CE valve: intelligent regeneration control
The Clack CE control valve automatically manages the water softener's operation. It initiates regeneration based on the volume of water treated, helping optimize salt and water consumption.
Metered regeneration
Regeneration can be delayed, immediate or configured to meet your installation's needs.
Configurable cycles
The regeneration steps and their duration can be adjusted to suit the application.
Advanced configurations
Supports Twin, Duplex and multi-system configurations with up to 8 units using a system controller.
Recommended applications
This range is suitable for demanding residential, commercial and industrial installations:
- houses and large homes
- hotels, cafés, restaurants
- schools, laboratories, hospitals
- laundries
- steam boilers and heating circuits
- drinking water production
- breweries, beverage production and food processing
- textile, chemical and pharmaceutical industries
- agriculture, livestock operations and fish farms
Required water quality
To ensure optimal water softener operation, the inlet water must meet the following limits:
| Parameter | Recommended limit |
| Hardness | 750 ppm CaCO₃ |
| Iron | 0.2 mg/L |
| Manganese | 0.05 mg/L |
| Chemical oxygen demand | 5 mg/L O₂ |
| Ammonium | 0.5 mg/L |
| Water temperature | +4 to +30 °C |
Connections by range
| Range | Inlet / outlet | Drain | Brine line |
| Bi-Block 37 to 125 L | G 1" | G 3/4" | G 3/8" |
| BasicSoft 150 to 200 L | G 1.25" | G 1" | G 3/8" |
| BasicSoft 300 to 450 L | G 1.5" | G 1" | G 1/2" |
Available configurations: Twin, Duplex and multi-system
Twin dual valve
Two units alternate: one is in service while the other is regenerating or on standby. This configuration provides continuous production at a constant flow rate.
Duplex valve
Two units operate in parallel to deliver twice the flow rate during peak demand.
Multi-system configurations
Up to 8 units can be managed with a Clack system controller using different modes: progressive flow, alternating, series or random.
Maintenance
Water softener maintenance mainly involves replenishing the brine tank with salt. The Clack CE valve automatically handles regeneration cycles based on the volume of water treated.
Regular checks of the salt level, outlet water quality and operating parameters help ensure consistent performance over time.
Warranty
The 2-year warranty covers the entire system under normal use.
