High-Capacity Tank with Float and Integrated Pump
Tanks
A smart RO water storage system
Do you need large amounts of RO water over short periods and want to avoid spending a fortune on an oversized RO system? Here is THE solution to optimize your investment! The pumps offered here are made of AISI316 stainless steel to withstand both seawater and ultrapure water, which is corrosive to metal.
Let's take a practical example: Mr. Jean brews craft beer and needs 2,000 liters of RO water twice a day. Since he does not want to wait 6 hours for his tank to fill, he considered investing in a 4,000 l/h RO system costing more than 25,000 euros and started calculating his return on investment... We offered him a much more cost-effective solution:
- a 400 l/h RO system including pre-filtration, chlorine removal and limescale removal for less than 8,000 euros
- a 2,000-liter tank including a float system that automatically stops the RO system when the tank is full for less than 1,000 euros
- a 4,000 l/h pump that can be integrated into the tank for approximately 1,000 euros
Overall, the investment was reduced by a factor of more than 2.5 for the same result! He thanked us with a few cases of beer that we enjoy on special occasions.
A tailored solution for every situation
We offer a fully customized "pure water" solution, with a wide selection of RO systems in every capacity, including the pre-filtration YOU need. Explore our range of industrial RO systems here, along with the right tank and pump. These come with the accessories needed for the system to operate properly: a float, elbows and fasteners.
You need to ask the right questions...
How quickly do you want to dispense RO water?
The dispensing flow rate is directly linked to your choice of suction pump.
| Model | Power | Max pressure | Max flow rate |
| 3HM05N05M | 0.67 kW | 3.7 bars | 70 l/min |
| 3HM07N05M | 0.75 kW | 5.2 bars | 70 l/min |
| 3HM08N07M | 1 kW | 5.9 bars | 70 l/min |
You can find the original data sheets in Spanish here and in English here.
How much water do you need each time?
Once the tank is empty, the dispensing flow rate matches the RO system's production flow rate. You therefore need a tank with enough capacity to avoid running out each time you use it.
| Model | Capacity | Dimensions | Weight |
| DP6000 | 250 liters | 1060x660x510mm | 10.5 kg |
| DP6001 | 500 liters | 1060x660x1004mm | 21 kg |
| DP6002 | 700 liters | 1060x660x1395mm | 27.5 kg |
| DP6003 | 1,100 liters | 1060x660x1900mm | 40 kg |
| DP6004 | 2,000 liters | 2250x720x1695mm | 85 kg |
| DP6016 | 3,000 liters | 2250x990x1695mm | 106 kg |
The tank is specially designed to let you store food-grade liquids such as drinking water, wine, oil...
safely and is also suitable for rainwater storage and collection. The tank is made of high-density
polyethylene and is green to prevent algae growth. Its interior wall is perfectly smooth and seamless to make
cleaning easier.
The tank complies with Directive 2002/72/CE concerning plastic articles
in contact with food.
Specifications:
- Manhole opening, 400 mm diameter
- 2 capped 2" openings at the top
- 1 flange at the bottom of the tank for draining or connection to a piping system
- UV-treated tank
- Accessories for flanges and installation in banks
A tank intended for drinking water storage must not be used for other applications. It must be cleaned once
before being put into service.
This tank can also be used to store chemicals compatible with HDPE and with a maximum density of
1.3 kg/L, with secondary containment in place.
How much RO water do you need each day?
Keep in mind that your RO system determines how quickly your tank fills. It must therefore be sized to meet your needs. For example: if you need 3,000 liters every 8 hours, you will need a 3,000-liter tank and an RO system rated at a minimum of 400 l/h to refill the tank in time.
How do you connect the pump to the tank?

1) Remove the blind counterflange
2) The gasket and screws will be used to install the accessory
3) Screw on the threaded counterflange
4) Screw on the fitting or pipe where the pressure pump will be installed (use the necessary reducers)
5) Install the pump on this pipe
