How to benefit from 10% VAT?
If you order your RO system with installation and your home meets the required conditions, you can benefit from 10% VAT on your entire order. The process is done directly from your Josmose account.
The conditions to meet
Before placing your order
✓ Be logged into your account
You must be logged into your Josmose account before finalizing your order.
✓ Delivery in France
The order's delivery address must be in France.
✓ Select installation
The installation option must be selected on the RO system's product page before adding it to your cart.
✓ Home older than 2 years
You declare that the home in question was completed more than two years ago.
How does it work?
A simple 4-step process
Check the 10% VAT box
Before placing your order, check the box provided to confirm that you wish to benefit from the reduced rate and that your home meets the required conditions.
VAT automatically drops to 10%
Once the box is checked, the VAT rate applied to your order is automatically adjusted before payment.
Pay for your order as usual
You can pay for your order right away. It is then recorded with the status “Paid, awaiting document”.
Complete and return the document
After placing your order, you will have access to the document to complete. You can download it, fill it out, and then send it directly from your customer account or send it to us by email.

The document can be sent after payment
You do not need to wait until you have completed the document to pay for your order.
After payment, download the document from your account, fill it out, and then upload it to your customer account. If you have any trouble with the online upload, you can also send it to us by email.
Remember to log in before placing your order
Since access to the document and sending it are linked to your order, you must be logged into your Josmose account to use this process.
