Simple everyday maintenance
The ECOSOFT CUBE water softener is designed for ease of use and requires little maintenance.
- Check the salt level every 2 to 4 months
- Keep the salt tank 2/3 full
- Never let the salt run out completely
- Clean the salt tank occasionally
Smart alerts: the system alerts you when salt is low and maintenance is needed.
Vacation mode: it automatically protects the resin during extended periods of inactivity.

How do you choose your resin volume?
Size your water softener in 4 steps
1. Estimate your daily water needs
Simply take your bills for the year, add up the water volumes billed and divide by the number of days you were at home.
Reference point: average water consumption in France is around 150 liters per day per person.
2. Decide on the water volume between regenerations
For example, if you live with your partner, you use approximately 300 liters of water per day.
If your goal is to regenerate the resin in your Ideal every 7 days on average, that gives you 2,100 liters.
3. Measure your water hardness
Tests are available as strips or a liquid at any home improvement store.
4. Calculate your resin needs
