Two-Piece Industrial Water Softener Overview

This range of professional water softeners meets all your needs from 3 to 5 m3 of water per hour, with resin volumes from 75 to 300 liters.

Caution : this type of water softener shuts off the water supply during resin regeneration. To prevent this, you have several options :

- Install a bypass or solenoid valve to continue supplying your water circuit with hard water during regeneration

- Schedule regeneration for a time when you are sure you will not need water

- Choose a duplex model OR install 2 units in parallel and connect them with the supplied INTERLOCK cable so the second resin tank takes over while the first regenerates. This last option costs twice as much but doubles the lifespan of your resin, since each resin bed handles half the workload.

Cost-saving upflow operation

We chose upflow water circulation for these models. This means water flows upward through the resin to be softened instead of flowing downward as it does in a conventional water softener. This saves 45% on salt and water with each regeneration. A significant saving for a competitive business.
