Installing your Columbia CS-55 is simple, quick, and designed to suit any professional setting. This model sits directly on a countertop or a stable cabinet, with no need for an external tank.

For optimal operation, a few requirements must be met:

• Drinking water supply connected directly to the water mains via 1/4" tubing

• Food-grade CO₂ connection via 8 mm (5/16") tubing and a standard regulator

• Electrical power supply from a standard 220–240V / 50Hz outlet

• Allow ventilation space at the rear (at least 10 cm) to help cool the compressor

• Do not install the unit outdoors or in a damp location

The unit comes with all the necessary accessories: connection tubing, shutoff valves, a CO₂ pressure regulator, etc. This ensures a turnkey installation so you can get started quickly.

Maintenance

To ensure optimal water quality and maintain your unit's performance over the long term, regular maintenance is essential.

Here are the key steps to follow:

• Regularly clean the dispensing nozzles with warm water and no abrasive products to prevent buildup and bacteria

• Check the CO₂ gas level to maintain optimal carbonation of your sparkling water

• Have the cooling circuit serviced by a professional if necessary (compressor, R290 gas)

• A rinse cycle is recommended after a long period without use to ensure hygiene and safety
