5-Year Extended Warranty for RO Systems - Select Your Product
Extended Warranty
This warranty covers all plastic, metal, and electrical parts of our RO systems, as well as their overall operation.
Consumables (membrane, pre-filters, filter cartridges, UV bulb) are not covered for the simple reason that they normally need to be replaced at regular intervals.
If a breakdown occurs during the warranty period, we commit to discussing the issue with you to identify the faulty part or parts and send them to you free of charge.
If repairs cannot be made with the parts we have available, we commit to providing you with a new RO system in exchange for the return of the faulty unit for analysis by our technicians.
