CORE technology : smart operation
Ion exchange water softening
Hard water passes through an ion exchange resin that captures calcium (Ca²⁺) and magnesium (Mg²⁺), which cause limescale, and replaces them with sodium ions (Na⁺). The outgoing water is softened and provides lasting protection for your system.
Automatic volumetric regeneration
Unlike conventional timer-based systems, the CORE range triggers regeneration based on the actual volume used. The result : less water and salt waste.

How can I tell if my water is hard?
White deposits, spots on dishes and rapid scale buildup in your water heater are the most common signs. A total hardness (TH) test lets you measure hardness accurately.
Can I adjust the residual hardness?
Yes. The built-in blending valve lets you adjust outlet water hardness.
How often does regeneration start?
It depends on your water consumption. The system automatically calculates the optimal time.
How long does the unit last?
With regular maintenance, a CORE water softener can operate for more than 15 years.
